On unforgettable adventures around the world, our students embrace new experiences and learn about themselves and others.
Our commitment to internationalism extends beyond the Beau Soleil campus, as our students embark on extraordinary community service, cultural, adventure, and academic enrichment trips across the globe.
We offer more than 35 international experiences, which take place throughout the year. These include awe-inspiring end of grade adventures, where entire year groups travel to exciting destinations – from Costa Rica to Cambodia, Malta to the Maldives – to learn, form strong bonds, and work as a team.
Our half-term trips, which include working with local communities in Bhutan and river rafting in Patagonia, are once-in-a-lifetime experiences. At weekends, we organise a variety of European excursions, including city breaks to Prague and Barcelona.
The breadth of trips we offer at Beau Soleil sets us apart from other schools. Challenging, inspiring, and adventurous, they provide life-changing experiences that shape our students’ futures.
Half-term trips
In the October and February half-terms, students can choose to join one of our exciting exotic adventures. These include scuba diving in Thailand, yachting in the Caribbean, and powder skiing in Japan. Immersive cultural and community-based experiences – including to India, Uganda, and Borneo – broaden horizons and enrich global understanding.
Grade trips
At the end of each academic year, our grade groups travel to a unique destination. It’s a great way to celebrate successes, cement friendships, and achieve something together before the holidays. Trips include our Grade 8 marine conservation expedition to the Maldives and a Grade 10 service and environmental experience in Tanzania.
Exeat weekends
Exeat weekends give students the opportunity to either visit family or jet off to destinations across Europe. Trips range from culinary explorations in Barcelona to caving in Wales and skiing in Engelberg.
Project-based trips
A variety of overseas residentials, competitive opportunities, and subject-specific trips bring our students’ education to life. These include the chance to work with coffee farmers in Kenya as part of our roasting and barista Professional Learning Programme, as well as sports tournaments across Europe and performing arts experiences in London’s West End.
